Purpose and legal basis of processing

Personal data collected (name, email, phone, payment data) is used for booking management, payment processing and customer contact. The legal basis for processing is the execution of the contractual relationship between the user and SPARK81.

Data retention

Data will be retained as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and in accordance with current legal obligations.

Data sharing with third parties

Data may be shared with the payment gateway (Redsys) to manage the transaction and with analytics and advertising platforms (Google and Facebook). Data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation.

User rights

The user can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and limitation of processing by sending a request to privacidad@spark81.com, together with a copy of their identity document.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING

1. AVAILABLE PRODUCTS

SPARK81 offers two types of bookable experiences through its website and/or at reception:

  • Individual entry (3 or 5 credits): Standard experience for groups in teams of 2 to 6 people per room. Payment is made in full at the time of booking through the website.
  • Birthday pack: Group celebration for minors. When making the reservation, the minimum corresponding to 10 participants is paid. The final number of attendees is confirmed in person at the venue.

2. AVAILABILITY AND RESERVATIONS

Availability of schedules and sessions can be consulted in real time on the SPARK81 website or directly at reception. Reservations are confirmed once the online payment process is completed and are considered firm except for modification under the conditions established in this document.

3. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Reservations are non-refundable.
  • Changes to the reservation (date, time, participants...) are allowed up to 48 hours before the activity. To make a change, the client must contact SPARK81 by phone or email.
  • Requests made outside this period do not guarantee their processing and may be considered as not submitted.

4. ADJUSTMENTS IN THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

If the number of people attending on the day of the activity is higher than indicated in the reservation, the corresponding surcharge will be applied at reception according to the current rate.
No refunds will be made for people who do not attend if their place has already been paid for.

5. ACCESS AND USE POLICY

  • The reservation gives the right to enjoy the experience at the reserved time. In case of arriving late or delays during team registration, the lost time will be deducted from the total activity without possibility of recovery or refund.
  • It is not allowed to access the facilities with food or drink from outside, except for cases justified by health reasons.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult or have prior authorization signed by their legal guardian. SPARK81 reserves the right to request such documentation at access.
  • For safety and comfort reasons, it is recommended to attend with comfortable clothing and closed footwear. SPARK81 reserves the right to restrict access to certain activities if clothing or footwear is not suitable for their development. Participants may be asked to remove shoes or change footwear if necessary.
  • The user must respect at all times the safety and conduct rules indicated by SPARK81 staff.
  • Some SPARK81 experiences involve physical activity. The participant declares to be in adequate health conditions to perform them. In case of suffering injuries, cardiovascular diseases, joint problems or any other relevant medical condition, it is recommended not to participate or consult previously with the staff. SPARK81 is not responsible for incidents arising from pre-existing physical conditions not communicated.
  • Participants must make proper use of the facilities and material provided. In case of damage due to negligent, reckless or intentional use, SPARK81 may claim the cost of repair or replacement from the responsible client.
  • SPARK81 reserves the right of admission in case of non-compliance with internal rules, aggressive behavior, drunkenness or behavior that may put the team, other participants or the correct development of the activity at risk. In such cases, the amount paid will not be refunded.

6. CHANGES IN ACTIVITIES

SPARK81 reserves the right to modify or replace certain activities, room selection, schedules or spaces, for technical, organizational or force majeure reasons. In these cases, the client will be offered an adequate alternative or date change.

7. PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

Prices may vary depending on the day, time, number of people or active promotions. All amounts include applicable taxes and are shown before confirming the reservation.
